The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.

大西北抗疫關注組武漢肺炎肆虐，政府至今未從源頭根治，留有深圳灣口岸及港珠澳大橋，亦未有足夠社區防疫措施，為整個香港尤其大西北公共衛生造成隱患，增加社區爆發風險。政府罔顧大西北及全港市民安危，本關注組要求政府回應以下訴求：

1. 立刻全面封關，從源頭阻隔病菌襲港
2. 整治關口交通，停止往來大陸運輸
3. 重設隔離診所，與民居保持距離
4. 儘快採購口罩，為基層居民提供保障
5. 全力支援醫護，回應工會罷工訴求

政府無能，市民自救。政府須盡公營機構責任為市民負責！五大訴求，缺一不可！
